My job and goal is to inspire and motivate you to achieve your personal goals.  I don't just talk about being fit I practice it myself. I maintain a low body fat range usually between 6-10% year round by eating properly and exercising. I also maintain a good amount of muscle mass as well.  I'm just a normal guy not an elite or Olympic level athlete. You can too!



Philosophy: To attain any goal, takes dedication and hard work.  One must have the right tools work with in order to achieve those goals.  I like to develop programs to help people achieve their fitness goals as well as to make them functional as to improve the quality of their everyday lives. The best thing about exercise is that if you put in the work you WILL get the results.

Fitness Motivation:  My desire began about 3 years out of high school when I ballooned from a weight of 165lbs to 210lbs and was embarrassed to go with my friends to Oceans of Fun.  In the span of 3 months I managed to lose 40lbs through a proper diet and exercise program of 4 times per week.  But being 6’2” tall and 165lbs left me a little on the thin side and I wanted to bulk up.  Over the next 12 months I designed a weight training program for myself and was able to put on 30lbs of muscle.  It felt so good that I was able to change my body for the better, having a ton of energy and just overall feeling great that I wanted to help others to accomplish their fitness goals, as I had done.
 
Not only am I a professional trainer but I am a fitness enthusiast, so I am constantly training and trying new programs and types of exercises in strengthening the body and making it leaner and more functional. I am very fortunate that my career is also  my passion and I get to do what I love everyday. That is helping indivduals achieve their fitness goals and get the most out of their programs.
